The Bread Companion

This travelling micro bakery comes complete with a sink, storage for tables, wood fire oven and a chimney. The Bread Companion is a social enterprise, with an aim to fight food poverty and miseducation by providing a platform for learning about making bread and cooking skills. The micro bakery travels around the country running free bread making courses for vulnerable parts of society such as for school-children, charities and community centres.
